If you have an emergency and need to cancel an appointment, please do so as soon as you become aware of the conflict. Greyscale Salon supports stylist/client communication and cooperation.

48 HOURS NOTICE IS REQUIRED FOR CANCELLATION.

IF YOU MUST CANCEL WITHIN 48 HOURS, PLEASE SEND CAROLINE-KIEFER-1 THE FULL DOLLAR AMOUNT FOR THE APPOINTMENT ON VENMO. THIS GUARANTEES YOUR ABILITY TO REBOOK, AND ON THE DAY YOU COME IN, YOUR APPOINTMENT IS ALREADY  PAID FOR. THIS IS THE GREYSCALE SALON POLICY AND HONOR SYSTEM.  IF YOU DONT HAVE VENMO, YOU CAN PAY IN PERSON, OR OVER THE PHONE FOR A 6% FEE.

IF CANCELLATIONS JUST SHY OF THE REQUIRED TIME FRAME BECOME FREQUENT AND/OR NON-COMMUNICATED: THIS IS GROUNDS FOR DISMISSAL.

I serve an exclusive group who go the distance to invest in my work and themselves. If we find that either client or stylist is not fulfilling their position, my business philosophy requires that we rectify this immediately. Communication and accountability are paramount, while sustainability and quality are Greyscale Salon’s primary focus. As a professional artist and a personal stylist; I expect a lot from my clients, as I give a lot in return. Currently Greyscale Salon is accepting new clients and does not require a credit card to book appointments, nor do appointments need approval for booking.
